NEXT MONTHLY MEETING
The next meeting of the Lakeside Civic Association is scheduled for Monday, November 1st, 7:30 P.M. at the Panera Bread location in Bardmoor Plaza.  You are invited to attend.

ELECTION OF OFFICERS AND ANNUAL DUES NOTICES
You will be receiving in the mail your ballots for Officer’s Election and your invoice for the Annual Dues for the Year 2005.  Your early participation is greatly appreciated!  These folks work as volunteers to keep each homeowner aware of current events and Deed Restrictions.  The dues subsidize the work of the Board including the front entrance maintenance and landscaping.  This helps keep our neighborhood looking good and home prices up.

LAKESIDE WEBSITE
You may access our website at www.lakesidehomeowners.org to view information about our community.  Included in this site are the names of all residents.  This portion of the site is a secured data base, and will require and ID number and password.  All due-paying members may contact our Treasurer, Jan Adams, to get your ID and password at 319-4884.  Our thanks to Steve Gronemeyer for his volunteer work in setting this site up!

If you have any items you wish to place for sale on our website, you may call Steve Gronemeyer at 393-6729.  This is a new section for the benefit of Lakeside homeowners.
